I went yesterday to change the tires on my Nissan Juke and the service was quite good. They gave me good advice on what to do and were very quick. The staff was very friendly, I'll be back soon.

They fixed two punctures on two different wheels and apparently everything was fine despite the fact that the rim only oozed the product they use to re-insert the tire. They put it all stained again when the normal thing is to clean the excess of said product. When I went to see the wheel in the workshop, my surprise was that the rim that they had repaired the puncture had a bite mark from the machine they use to remove the tire from the rim. I also noticed that the other one was also marked and I told the mechanic and he told me that he would repair the front one but the rear one, he told me that it wasn't him, that it wasn't with the machine.
Knowing that as soon as I told the guy that I had scratched the rim, he confirmed that it was with the machine.
The solution now is to screw myself and carry the scratch on the rim that didn't have it, because the mechanic tells me he'll only send me to repair the front rim when he knows I've scratched both of them. Bad treatment and a bad experience. I won't go back once they repair the rim they've left behind.
It's a shame that a shop that has been trusted by my entire family treats you like this after always trusting them.

The service was quick and correct, but to my surprise when I got home and checked the rims they had replaced, they were all marked and the paint was chipped, even though the rims were in perfect condition.
