I went to get a puncture fixed, and one of the receptionists said they were closing (even though they were still open for business). So far, so good. What's not normal is that at that exact moment, the person in the next station had already had a puncture fixed for someone who arrived after me. The customer service was appalling; I won't be going back.

A totally disappointing experience. I feel cheated and ripped off.
I took my car in to have the air conditioning repaired, and after more than two months of waiting, excuses, and wasted time, the final response was that they don't know what the problem is and there's nothing they can do. The most outrageous thing is that, after paying €1,300, they're now telling me the repair is more expensive.
The worst thing isn't the money, but the feeling of having been deceived. If they had told me from the start that they weren't specialists in compressor failures, I would never have trusted them with my car.
I feel like they've played with my time, my trust, and my money.
