Excellent service and highly professional staff. My intention was simply to replace two Michelin tires on my Audi, which was very reasonably priced, but I ended up getting the rear reflectors replaced, a window that wouldn't roll down, and a few other maintenance items that I wouldn't have dared to get done at other shops. The diagnostic check they performed before I took my car, right in front of me, to detect any electronic faults using the original Audi software, was also impressive. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone who's hesitant to let just any garage work on their vehicle.

I had a confirmed appointment for today; they had confirmed it and reminded me several times by text message. When I arrived at the garage, I found it closed for maintenance, and they hadn't notified me. They offered no solution, only that I would have to make another appointment. Very poor service.
